A recent WalletHub report ranked Utah as the second most charitable state nationally and, according to the Giving State 2024 report,&nbsp;<strong>Utahns volunteer at a rate more than 4.5 times higher than the national average<\/strong>. The Giving State explores what \u201cgood giving\u201d looks like while identifying opportunities for improvement for both nonprofits and the community at large.
