Sandy, UTAH (December 5, 2024) – Larry H. Miller Senior Health (LHM Senior Health) expanded its leadership team recently to help guide the platform as it focuses on new growth opportunities.
Jess Dalton will lead strategic growth initiatives as chief strategy officer and will serve as president of long term care. In that role, he will explore ways to strategically and appropriately expand all LHM Senior Health service lines.
“The senior health industry is experiencing high demand,” said Joe Walker, president of Larry H. Miller Senior Health. “Jess is an expert leader who will help us explore the best way to expand our reach and to deliver our world-class care to the populations most in need.”
Jess brings with him a wealth of experience in health care administration and operations. Prior to joining LHM Senior Health, he worked as the vice president of strategic alignment, growth & revenue cycle management for Ensign Services. He has also worked as an administrator for Banner Health (AZ), The Good Shepard Rehabilitation Network (PA), and led clinical teams at University of Utah Health Care and Intermountain Health.
Zach Whitney has also joined the LHM Senior Health leadership team as director of marketing and communications. Zach will oversee and coordinate marketing and communication activities across the senior health platform, including social media and digital marketing efforts.

Before joining LHM Senior Health, Zach worked at Intermountain Health on the executive communication team. He’s also worked for the State of Utah in several communication and digital marketing roles, including supporting the state’s COVID-19 response through the governor’s office.
