Sandy, UTAH (November 21, 2024) – Several of Larry H. Miller Senior Health’s (LHM Senior Health) transitional care facilities, operated under Advanced Health Care, have been recognized as Best Nursing Homes for 2025 by U.S. News & World Report.
23 Advanced Health Care facilities are ranked as “high performing,” the highest rating possible for short-term rehabilitation facilities.

Advanced Health Care currently operates skilled nursing facilities in 11 states. Patients at these facilities are typically recovering from hospital procedures or need short-term nursing and therapy assistance.
