Larry H. Miller Dealerships (LHM Dealerships) announced today plans for a nearly $20 million investment in the reconstruction of its Honda and Subaru dealerships. The company also recently completed upgrades to its Collision Center. “We’ve been doing business in Boise since 1997 and see this project as a continued investment in the community and commitment of excellence to our customers and employees,” said Dean Fitzpatrick, president of Larry H. Miller Dealerships. “With two new state-of-the-art facilities, we look forward to delivering an enhanced customer experience in both sales and service. We also look forward to providing more jobs to the residents of Boise, as larger facilities will require more employees.” Larry H. Miller Honda Boise began construction this month and is scheduled to complete in fourth quarter 2015. In addition to a complete rebuild of the facility that will be more than three times the size of the current building, the project includes creating a thoroughfare by lengthening Gratz Drive and providing connectivity through to S. Miller Subaru Boise is scheduled to begin in May 2015, with a tentative completion date of first quarter 2016. The new store will be relocated one-mile west on the corner of Fairview Avenue and Wildwood Way and will feature a complete rebuild more than double the size of the current facility. Larry H. Miller Subaru Boise will continue to operate at 9380 West Fairview Avenue until the completion of construction at the new facility in early 2016. Project details: Larry H. Construction on both the Honda and Subaru stores will occur in phases and both dealerships’ sales, service and parts departments will remain open and operational throughout the project. Construction was recently completed on the Larry H. Miller Collision Center, which is connected to Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Boise at 222 Auto Drive, including expanding and remodeling the facility, adding extra service bays and a new customer waiting area.
