SANDY, UT (June 1, 2021) – Gail Miller, owner of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, today announced that she has named sons Steve Miller and Greg Miller to serve as chair and vice chair, respectively, of the Larry H. Miller Management Company (MMC) Board of Directors. She has also named son Brilliant Miller to serve as lead director of the Windsong Single Family Private Trust Company (PTC), the board that manages the ownership of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies (LHM Group).

Miller will continue to serve on the MMC and PTC boards and remains majority owner in the LHM Group. She will also continue to serve as a trustee of the Larry H. & Gail Miller Family Foundation.

Miller said, “This is an exciting time for me and my children, and part of a planned-for evolution within our family-owned business. I will continue to be involved in our company as needed and remain dedicated to enriching lives with our family foundation and philanthropic endeavors.

The MMC Board of Directors has approved the leadership changes, which are effective June 1, 2021.
