The DIB Council is chaired by the Chief Executive Officer of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, with representation from our business enterprise groups.
The DIB Council:
- Provides strategic guidance
- Is a catalyst for creating sustainable DIB policies, processes and programs that are aligned with the core business strategy
- Prioritizes, supports and executes DIB investments and events
- Serve as ambassadors and champions for DIB and have the ability to drive policy
- Models inclusive behaviors
- Is focused on enriching employees’ and stakeholders’ lives
