On February 27, 2020, the Jazz, with support from dōTERRA, the Gail Miller Women’s Leadership Group and Utah Valley University’s Utah Women & Leadership Project, hosted 300 female high school students for “Her Time to Lead,” an educational seminar aimed at inspiring and developing the next generation of female leaders. The forum included workshop sessions and exercises designed to encourage young women to use their voices, overcome adversity and advance as leaders in society.

The Gail Miller Women’s Leadership Group provides development and mentorship opportunities for women employed by the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies. On March 5, it hosted a conversation for its members with Gail Miller, owner and chairman of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, and Steve Starks, chief executive officer of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies. The discussion focused on the importance of cultivating an inclusive and equitable work environment and how the Gail Miller Women’s Leadership Group, now in its fifth year, can continue to provide a support system for women in the workplace.
