In June, we held a luncheon for new and recently promoted employees at the Larry H. Miller Company. Gail Miller, owner, and Steve Starks, CEO, shared their professional journeys and emphasized the value of finding one’s purpose at work.

Elizabeth Gray, brand and marketing director for Larry H. Miller Real Estate, was recently promoted and shared her experience.

“The word love isn’t typically incorporated into corporate culture; however, Gail Miller made it clear that we should ‘lead with love and success will follow.’ It’s refreshing to work for a leadership team that acknowledges love’s role as we interact with those in our stewardship. I am thankful for the opportunity to listen to Gail Miller and Steve Starks share their love of this company and the opportunity we have to go about doing good in the world and enriching lives,” said Gray.
