Individual and group tickets are now on sale for Leapin’ Leaners & Low Tops, the annual charity event with the Utah Jazz players and coaches. The 17th annual fundraiser for Larry H. Miller Charities will be at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 2 at EnergySolutions Arena. Tickets can be purchased online at www.utahjazz.com/leapinleaners. Individual tickets cost $250. Tables for dinner with owner Gail Miller, CEO Greg Miller, President Randy Rigby, Head Coach Quin Snyder and each Jazz player are also available to purchase. Black tie or semiformal dress is encouraged, but all guests should wear the event’s signature footwear – gym shoes. With more than 200 items, silent and live auctions will occur with an array of sports memorabilia and exclusive experiences. Items include an autographed football from Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, Taylor Swift concert tickets at EnergySolutions Arena and a Double Eagle passport valid at all Salt Lake City golf courses. The silent auction bidding will be done via mobile phone texting, enabling participants to track their bids and receive status alerts. Leapin’ Leaners & Low Tops gives fans the opportunity to mix and mingle with Jazz players and coaches, while raising money for charity. Attendees will dine on a gourmet buffet dinner along with live musical entertainment. Photo and autograph opportunities will be available, as well as tours of the Jazz locker room, basketball shooting contests, arcade and video games, and the chance to interview players on camera at a special KJZZ broadcasting station. Money raised through Leapin’ Leaners & Low Tops is donated to Larry H. Miller Charities, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed in 1995. The foundation focuses its contributions primarily on charitable programs that benefit women and children, with an emphasis on health and education issues. Funding is distributed to those in need in communities where the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies conducts business.
