Lesley Lovallo joined Miller Automotive Operations (MAO) in 2007 as a regional trainer in Arizona. In her current role as vice president of corporate development, Lesley’s focus is on creating leadership and development courses for all levels of dealership employees. Prior to working for MAO, Lesley worked as the director of corporate development for a dealership group providing training and education for their 2,000-plus employees.
During her time with the group, Lesley has developed several programs including: the Larry H. Miller Institute for General Manager Development, Larry H. Miller Sales Leadership Academy, and LHM Used Car Manager Academy. She has also been Instrumental In developing the automotive e-learning platform for MAO.
In 2015, Lesley was recognized by Auto Remarketing Magazine for her leadership in developing corporate programs and her dedication to business excellence. Lesley enjoys working with and keynote speaking for local businesses and non-profit organizations including ARUP Laboratories, People Helping People, Utah Business Travel Association and the Sandy Area Chamber of Commerce.
